Ubercart Not Displaying a Quote for All UPS Shipping Options?
If you have installed and configured the UPS Shipping module for your Ubercart site (Drupal eCommerce website), you can specify which UPS shipping options you want to have quoted in check out - i.e. Ground, Second Day Air, etc. If you find you are having a problem with only certain shipping methods being quoted during checkout and not others, there is one quick thing you may wish to check. Trying pulling up one of your products, click on edit, and then check for the package type that you have listed.
If the package type for your product is not set as the "Customer Supplied" option, you will probably want to try changing it to this. When you specify other options such as "UPS Letter", etc., it will restrict the type of quotes you get. For example, if your product is set as "UPS Letter" as the package type, you will most likely find that "UPS Ground" is not listed as a shipping option during checkout.
Please note that when you choose the customer supplied package type, you will be promoted to put in dimensions for the product. For the most part, it does not appear that you need to be too exact with the dimensions - as long as they are reasonable the UPS shipping quote during checkout should be accurate.

Just hours later I find out that it was not having a weight set. (PS: I recommend you turn off comment titles, that feature never made sense to me.)

That's a good point about the weight needing to be in there as well as dimensions. I'm glad you were able to solve that. It can be frustrating!

I've been wandering the web about this problem and thought I had found it. No luck. I set a product to "Customer Supplied" and entered some dimensions.
Still when I try to checkout. UPS does not seem to work. It drops right into my flat rate method (lower weight.)
Can't solve this one.
