Using Drupal 6 for Production Sites
Back in August 2008, I mentioned that we generally were not doing web development in version 6 of Drupal for a number of reasons. There were many reasons for that.
I really didn't follow-up on that, and since that time we did move over to web development in Drupal 6.x. In the months following the August blog post, more module development was done for Drupal 6.x, as well as porting of Drupal 5.x modules over to version 6.

We try to keep a fairly close eye on the ongoing development of Drupal - for a number of reasons. Most importantly, we think Drupal is the best CMS (content management system) and probably the best open source project period, hands down, "not a real contest". So, yes, we're Drupal fans.
