Prior to making the decision to work independently, Matt worked for eBay, Inc. for 5 years. While at eBay, Matt served in a number of different roles, including roles in online marketing, online community, policy development, and product development. In his most recent position, Matt help to lead and consult on a wide range of online community development matters, Prior to that Matt helped to establish a support program and position for high profile cause marketing (charity) campaigns on the eBay site, bringing together resources within various eBay departments.

However, no work is outsourced or done through sub-contractors unless there is specific need and an agreement is reached to do this between Web New Castle and a client.
